But it doesn&#039;t actually contain EPA and DHA in it, these are what the body manufactures from the ALA contained within the oil (ALA to EPA/DHA conversion happens at around 16% for healthy males, less so in those who are older, have chronic disease or nutritional deficiency, etc).</description>
