		<description>I started these cookies and I felt they were quite dry and I didn&#039;t like all of that honey for diabetic.  So I replaced about half of honey with art. sweetner, then decided to add some baking powder and an egg and I had saved a couple of the original to try both and cooked them with the rest of the batch as altered.  The original were very crumbly and dry, but the ones with the BP and egg added were terrific, I didn&#039;t add any oil because Flax has quite a bit.  I absolutely loved them. I also took unsalted peanuts and just broke them up in my Magic Bullet and added some peanut butter to that so it would be crispy.  I do love the cookies, so play around a bit with them and try them out.</description>
