The Ford Ironman took place on September 12, 2010 in Madison, WI. The race consisted of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and finishing off with a 26.2 mile run. Flaxmatters.com sponsored the event and had a booth in the Ironman Marketplace handing out Better Whey of Life yogurt with 15g of protein topped with SmoothOmega Milled Golden Flax.
