Maggie’s INDISPENSIBLE Morning Smoothie!
* 1/4 cup Pizzey’s Flax Milled Golden Flax Seed
* 1 Banana
* 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
* 1 heaping Tbsp Carob powder OR 1/3 cup Chocolate syrup
* 1/2 cup Plain Organic Yogurt
* 1/4 cup dry uncooked oatmeal
* 6-8 ice cubes
1. I blend all ingredients in the Magic Bullet or blender
2. Smile with every mouthful
From Maggie- Each day, I have a smoothie with flax seed for either breakfast or a mid-morning snack! It lowered my Cholesterol FIFTY POINTS in TWO WEEKS , so I have stuck with it! I grind it fresh daily myself and I tell everybody who is on statins about using Pizzey’s Flax seed!

That recipe definitely sounds like a winner to me! Though I might want to try it with peanut flour rather than peanut butter for a stronger flavor
